Our magazine bar feeders allow for lights-out production. We manufacture parts from 1/16” to 1-¼” diameter in plastic, brass, aluminum and stainless steel.
We can run 24×7 (unattended lights-out) with our top-of-the-line robotics and magazine bar loader equipment. With a +/- 0.0002 tolerance and a 1/4″ – 8” diameter our multi-axis machine offers tapping, turning, milling and drilling so that your plastic, brass, aluminum and stainless-steel parts come off complete.
Hardy Machine offers high-precision vertical and horizontal (6 and 8 pallet) milling machines and high-speed drilling and tapping. This equipment can run lights-out which provides our customers speed, repeatability, accuracy and cost savings.
